About 20,000 m² of membrane roof over an open works area in the Verna industrial estate, built by repeating one engineered bay across the site. It is the largest single area our group has delivered, and it went up in about two months.

Footings are designed to IS 456 from the soil investigation for your plot, and on a tensile structure they are sized for the roof trying to lift rather than for its weight, because uplift is the governing case on a light surface.
PVDF-lacquered PVC as the usual choice; PTFE-glass as the premium option. That follows from the local conditions rather than a standard spec: here the design is driven by drainage first: steep falls, oversized gutters and an overflow route. Then corrosion: galvanised and painted steel, stainless cables and fittings. Membranes carry a five to fifteen year warranty depending on grade, with structure and workmanship covered for one year.
Most installed projects fall between ₹280 and ₹2,500 per sq ft plus GST, set by span, form, steel weight, foundations, membrane grade, height and site access. There is no flat Goa premium: distance and access show up only in the logistics line of an itemised quote, which you see broken out rather than buried in a rate.
A typical car parking or walkway structure is fabricated in 10 to 15 working days and installed on site in 3 to 7 days; large-span roofs run three to six weeks end to end, with drawing approval usually the longest step. Footings are cast while the steel is still in the workshop, so the disruption on your Goa site is short. The structure is fabricated in our Delhi NCR workshop, shipped, and installed by our own crew. We do not hand the site to a local subcontractor.
