Yes. We have completed one project in Bangalore: BDA Housing. This is our base: design and surveys run from our Bangalore office, with fabrication in our Delhi NCR workshop. In Bangalore, the design is driven by drainage for a long wet season. With a gentle climate, most projects are driven by span, daylight and architecture.     A long-span membrane roof on a steel truss frame, built as a community canopy for a Bangalore Development Authority housing scheme at Alur, off the Dasanapura road. About 1,800 m² under one roof.

Designing for Bangalore

The climate sets the details.

We do not use a city wind figure off a list. The design wind pressure for your structure is worked out for the exact site under IS 875 (Part 3), from its terrain, height and exposure.

  • Moderate summers, rarely above the mid-30s °C, and cool nights.

  • About 970 mm of rain a year across two monsoons, June to September and October to November.

  • Lower UV and pollution than most large Indian cities.

Ground
Mostly hard gneiss and laterite, good to build on. Low-lying tank-bed areas need a proper soil investigation.
What drives the design
Drainage for a long wet season. With a gentle climate, most projects are driven by span, daylight and architecture.
Membrane
PVDF-lacquered PVC is the default for corporate campuses; plain PVC can suit budget work in this climate.

Our base. Design, surveys and site coordination run from our Bangalore office, by the same team that stays with the project to handover. Steel and membrane are fabricated in our Delhi NCR workshop.

Most installed projects fall between ₹280 and ₹2,500 per sq ft plus GST. There is no flat Bangalore premium; distance and site access only affect the logistics line of an itemised quote.
