What you get in writing
Promises are cheap. Paper is not.
An itemised quotation
Design, steel, membrane, foundations and installation as separate lines, with the membrane grade named.
A written warranty
One year on structure and workmanship, five to fifteen years on the membrane by grade. Ours, not a mill's pass-through.
Fire test certificates
For the actual membrane supplied, against the standard and class your authority names.
A handover pack
As-built drawings, mill certificates, a structural stability certificate and the O&M manual.
Membranes come from European mills including Serge Ferrari, Mehler and Heytex, with the grade named in your quotation.
