Yes. We take on work in Mumbai, though the projects shown on this site are in other cities. Every structure is fabricated in our Delhi NCR workshop and installed by our own crew. In Mumbai, the design is driven by rainwater volume first: falls, gutters and outlets are sized for monsoon intensity, then uplift from onshore gusts. Most installed projects cost ₹280–2,500 per sq ft plus GST.

Designing for Mumbai
The climate sets the details.
We do not use a city wind figure off a list. The design wind pressure for your structure is worked out for the exact site under IS 875 (Part 3), from its terrain, height and exposure.
One of the heaviest monsoons in the country, roughly June to September, often over 2,000 mm.
Warm and humid all year, with salt-laden air along the coast.
Strong onshore gusts during the monsoon and in pre-monsoon squalls.

- Reclaimed land and marine clay in much of the island city, with basalt closer to the surface in the suburbs. Foundations are sized from the site investigation, piled where the fill is deep.

- Rainwater volume first: falls, gutters and outlets are sized for monsoon intensity, then uplift from onshore gusts.

- PVDF-lacquered PVC, which sheds salt and grime and rinses clean in the rain; PTFE-glass where the structure is permanent and exposed.
